60,000 lights, 26 arches, 19 metres high, 25 days, twice a night, that would be Edinburgh’s ‘Street of Light’
Set to a background of synchronised choir music which changes each performance, this event is luring tourists and locals out to see what it’s all about. A predicted 250,000 people are expected to attend. Mum and I were two of those on Monday night. I very much liked Edinburgh’s street of light.
