Doing my usual browse of the WordPress homepages seeing what had been recently posted I came across a blog entitled 'where's your backpack?' With a weekly travel theme of benches, having just taken a picture of a colourful bench in Fitzroy I was inspired! This is my contribution but there are also some amazing entries on the travel theme page!
Just off Brunswick Street in Melbourne's fitzroy neighbourhood, this bench provides many a seat to. It encompasses Fitzroy's spirit.
I took a self timed photo on this bench. By the lake, away from the buzz of the city and able to people watch, it was one of my favourite spots.
Found in Yarra Bend Park the day after reading about the weekly challenge, beside a wishing tree, just happening to have a cushion on it! This bench is part of a day of fantastic oddities.
